Tajik national cuisine
through the prism of the peroration of their national dishes.
Culinary- it is very delicate, requiring close attention and full
commitment. Art prop oration of different dishes in Tajikistan,
but in t something meaningful and personal for many centuries.
It reflected got everything: the climatic condition of the region
and the way of life of people, their activities, pastime mentality
and many – many other. In general, the culinary arts of the
Tajik people has turned in to another individual national
tradition, but having similarities between the culinary
traditions of other central Asian countries. Though, despite this,
the cooking in Tajikistan has its own characteristics and unique
technology of preparation of many dishes.
